Comprei esta camisa polo e a recebi no tamanho e cor que escolhi. Mas, ficou muito pequena. Entrei em contato com o vendedor solicitando informação/ orientação para efetuar a devolução. Responderam-me em inglês assim: “oh! i am so sorry but the return shipping cost very expensive”. Cuja tradução é: “oh! eu sinto muito mas o frete de retorno custou muito caro “. Perguntei se a resposta significava que não havia como efetuar a devolução. E não obtive resposta. (A cor é mais escura que a do anúncio). solicitei também junto a central de ajuda “on line”, da Golfiya solicitando informação/orientação para efetuar a devolução e não obtive resposta.
