Muy bueno y util. Tiene un buen soporte y protección tanto central como protección lateral. Los laterales son de un plastico resistente y el centro es de gel compacto (no se siente como silicona pero se siente mucho mejor). Me lastime la rodilla hace unas semanas y lo acabo de usar hace unas horas para ir al gym. Todo excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%
