Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, including tags, manuals, and accessories, must be intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
If your product arrives damaged, it is essential to report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Reports made after this period cannot be accommodated.
Return Process

- Print the provided return shipping label and securely package the item.

- Our support team will guide you through the process.
Please note, the items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return slip to qualify for a refund.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. It is subjected to some factors, i.e., product condition, tags, gifts, or any other extra stickers attached are available in the packing, and it is in original condition, unused.
Refund Process:
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges and Replacements
